WRONG ALL AROUND JOPLIX, Mo. (UPH The Po lice patrol car officer was slumped Friday by a man who spoke only Spanish, but apparent ly wanted help. So. the officer drove him to the police station. An interpreter lound that the man had mistaken the police car for a taxicab and had wanted a ride to the home of his daushter. The man had made another mistake.. He had alighted from a bus in Joplin, but his daughter lives in Kansas City, 170 miles away.
