I PGT proposes to build a plpc I line from the Canadian border to I the California-Oregon boundary to deliver 400 million cubic feet of gas daily to PG & K. The pipeline also would transport an additional 130 million cubic feet daily for delivery to Pacific Northwest. Moullnn said he could not pre dict what action his company's direclors would take if (he Pacific Northwest and Montana applica tions were denied, but he would recommend that the permit be ac cepted. In that event, he said, there would be excess capacily in the pipeline that could be used to sup ply gas to Sand Point, Idaho, Kla math Kails and Bend, Ore., and other communities along the pro posed route of the line.
