Post Office Building, Roseburn, Oregon, beginning at 2:00 p.m., December 22, 1958, for all merchantable tim ber marked or designated for cut ting on an area embracing about 73 acres, more or less, within sec tion 3, T. 29 S., R. 1 E., W.M., surveyed, in th South UiriDQua Kiver Area, Umpqua ISational ror- est, Oregon. The estimated vol-, times are 2.200 M board feet of Douclas-fir and nine, and 300 M hoard feet of incense cedar and other species. The minimum ac ceptable bid per M board feet is as follows: Douglas-fir and pine $18 45, and incense cedar and other species $3.95.
