Another missile built to launch i oanh satellite the Navy's ti.nnu.nt sat inrt nn its ramD despite two surges of activity that were either tiring preparations or rehearsals. Information officers at nearby Patrick Air Force Base were as mute as the monster rockets about developments, but if usual proce dure rules, firing would be sus pended during the weekend. Diehard rocket fans and news menstill were squinting at the closely guarded launching area from four-mile range Friday night when someone yelled prematurely "There it goes!"
