The amount of each warrant when docketed, together with added cost charges, will become a lien upon the title to any interest in real property owned by the person against whom the warrant is issued, and the taxes on personal property embraced in such warrant, with interest, penalties and costs applicable thereto, will continue as a lien on all personal property of the person assessed as otherwise pro vided by law.
