Immediately upon completion of service oy publication of the above described warrants. If the delinquent taxes and interest and cost
of service shall not have been paid, each such warrant or duplicate thereof will be filed by the tax collector with the county clerk for
entry in the judgment docket of Douglas County.
The amount of each warrant when docketed, together with added cost charges, will become a lien upon the title to any interest in real
property owned by the person against whom the warrant is issued, and the taxes on personal property embraced in such warrant, with
interest, penalties and costs applicable thereto, will continue as a lien on all personal property of the person assessed as otherwise pro
vided by law. The effect will be the same as though the people of the county had recovered judgment against the person charged for the full
amount of the delinquent taxes covered by the warrant, together with interest thereon and costs as provided by law.
