At the lut meeting of the Farent-Teachers Assn.. which soon son the scout program. Institu tional representative Bob Thomp son urged attendance of parents at the banquet. Scouts and their parents and all pack and troop committeemen and their families have been invited. Thompson also reported on the progress 01 tne Cub and Boy bcout programs at uaya ireeK. Mrs. itirlcn Yoder also report- eo on me coming talent show, scheduled March at Days Creek. She urged adults to participate and stated that all participants must oe registered by Feb. 28. Children should register with their respective schools, and adults with rrancis Lynn or Mrs. Yoder. Mrs. Yoder asked that parents with tal ented children urge the children to participate. At the meeting school Supt Mar. Ten Yoder accepted the chairman ship of the April 11 meeting, which will be "fun night" for parents and teachers. Groups of Individu als are encouraged to present en tertainment. During the meeting, members of the PTA divided into five groups to discuss school topics. Many sug gestions were made about pro grams for the PTA. About 35 par ents and teachers took part in the discussions. Mrs. Cline's third-grade room won the room count.
