List for the year 195S.
YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TO TAKE NOTICE, That the plaintiff herein has filed in the Circuit Court of the State of Ore
gon, for Douglas County, an application for the foreclosure of the ben of all taxes shown on the Douglas County Tax Foreclosure List
for the year 1955, hereinafter set forth in full, and that the plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment and decree foreclosing such
tat liens and cancelling all certificates of registration where such property is under a registration of title certificate, and for such'
other .relief as may be just and equiUDle in the premises, not less than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice,
exclusive of the day of the first publication, and any and all persons interested in any of the real property included in said foreclosure
list are hereby required to file an answer and defense, if any there be, to such application for judgment and decree within 30 days
from the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, which date is the 24th day of August,
1956. '
This notice is published by authority of an order of the County Court of Douglas County, in the Roseburg News-Review, a news
paper of general circulation published in said county and designated in said order of the County Court as the newspaper in which
said notice is to be published, said order being dated AugusU4tb, 1956; That the delinquent list for the year 1955 which ap
