Kidnap Attempt FREEHOLD, N.J.I Anthony SUikos, 31, onetime cook, faces a possible maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for the attempted kidnaping of a Yonkers, N.Y., high school boy. Monmouth County Judge John C. Giordano accepted Staikos' plea of no defense to the charge and set March 4 for sentencing. Staikos originally was charged with kidnaping 16-year-old Joel Robert Katz a month ago. In New Jersey kidnaping involv ing ransom may carry a death penalty. Already these two donors have put up 5407,000 to match other pledges for the building fund. Dr. G. Herbert Smith, Willam ette president, said that when the building program is completed, the school's enrollment can go up from approximately 1,000 to 1,250. Smith also announced that 10 new scholarships of $300 will be available next season for fresh men. They will come from the Mary L. Collins scholarship fund. which already provides scholar ships for four men and four wo men in their junior and senior years, as well as one graduate scholarship.
