ZONTA CLUB HAS " INTERESTING MEETING WEDNESDAY EVENING Zonta Club . members enjoyed an interesting meeting Wednesday evening at the home of Marion Voeller with Virginia Ashcraft as co-chairman. Luverne Von Schriltz, president, was in charge of the business ses sion. Plans were outlined for the annual Christmas party with gifts for the patients at the county hos pital. Leola Gorton, chairman of the service committee for veterans, gave an interesting report on the Halloween carnival held at the Veterans Hospital. She was assist ed with the affair by Laura lies, Mildred Horn, Edith Radabaugh and Luverne Von Schriltz. The next meeting will be Nov. 17 at 8 p.m. at the Roseburg 1 Woman's clubhouse. Pink candles, pink carnations ond pink glitte,' butterflies decorated the table, while the mantle wos decorated with- greenery and pink flowers, which were centered with pictures of the guests. Games were played ond pink prizes were given winners as well as a pink gift to the guest of honor, The pink motif wos also carried out in the refreshments.
