They are parents of two daughters and a son, Mrs. Earl Oden Jr., (Norma Jean), of Lebanon; Patricia, 16, nd Arthur Logan, 10. They have two grandchildren, . Bruce, 3, and ' Terri, 1 , son and daughter of the Earl Odens, Folk and square danc ing, fishing and gardening are the hobbies of both Mr. and Mrs'. Elliott. Parr, Roseburg, was recently announced at the University of Oregon campus. Both are outstanding students of the University where both are seniors. Welker, whose 61st wedding annivers ory was celebrated last Fri day ot the home of their son ond daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Welker, 1153 Hor vord. They have lived here since 1933.
