The budget has been compiled and the purchase of fire trucks is now under con sideration, according to the di rectors; Meeting dates have been set for the first Friday in each month. Even Split Urged On O-C Revenue PORTLAND I A Congres sional subcommittee Saturday was told that Oregon Counties are en titled to at least half the revenue from Oregon and California re vested lands. The Association of 0 & C Coun ties told the committee that the counties are making large outlays to maintain mads which trucks, hauling 04C logs, are using. The counties now are supposed to receive 75 per cent of the in come. But some congressmen have objected and part of the funds have been held back in recent years. Rep. Harris Ellsworth (R-Ore) has introduced a bill which would divide the revenues evenly between the federal government and the counties, Ellsworth was among the four congressmen here for the confer ence.
