Leonard S. Zacher, operator of the friendly Tavern, filed the suit " Monday against Archie McDonald, ' 20. Zacher charges McDonald pur " chased beer there and as a result the Oregon Control Commission closed the tavern for seven days. Zacher asks $2,500 for loss of revenue plus $1,000 punitive dam - ages.
