I w WILLIAM NORMAN MARRON William Normnn Marron, also known as Bill Norman, who was indicted by a federal grand jury at New York, New York, on June 20, 1951, on a charge of conspiracy to advocate the violent overthrow of the government, is the subject o( a nationwide manhunt by the federal bureau of investigation. The FBI described Marron as or ganizational secretary of the New ork State Communist party. A description of Marron is as fol lows: Age, 49, born November 10, 1901, at Ekatrinoslav, Russia; height, C'6"; weight, 162 pounds; build, medium; hair, black; eyes, blue; complexion, dark, heavy beard; race, white; nationality, American. At the time of his disappearance he resided in Flushing, Long Is land, New York. He became na turalized through his father in 1919, attended the New York City pub lic shcools and was at one time a professional basketball player, being known as "Wee Willie Mar ron." The suit, brought by Mrs. Valree Melton, named Rudy Marchette as the defendant. Marchette last April 15 was an nounced as winner of the nation wide "Stop the Music" radio quiz. He named correctly the mystery tune then being played. But Mrs. Melton said in her com plaint that it was she who sup plied the name of the tune.
