Mix well with bread cubes and egg. Add the seasoning and moisten with milk. Shape the mirtm-e in the form of sausage and roll in crumbs. Brown in a little hot fat, turning to form a good crust over all. Cook slowly alout 20 minutes. Note: Rean sau sages are good with tomato sauce, catsup or chili sauce. Glazed Ham and Bean rolls (Makes 4 to 4 servings) Eight slices boiled ham, cut thin. 1 1 - teaspoons prepared mustard, 1 pound can pork and beans, 3 tabl spoons dark brown sugar, 3 table spoons water. Heat oven to moderate (375 de grees F ). Spread ham slices with mustard. Kmpty pork and beans into a bowl. Mash beans slightly. Place 3 tablespoons of them on each slice of bam and roll up.
