Both companies refused, saying the increases were justified because of higher costs. Capehart and Bricker raised their questions about steel prices, boosted last month after a wage increase in the industry, as Valen tine called in officials of Ford, General Motors and other auto companies today to talk over the price situation. Coach Charles (Cheerful Chuck) Finley is grooming a tall, tall bunch of boys for a try at the Northern division and Pacific coast conference crowns. They're the tallest ever to play for Idaho. The Vandal roster includes two men at 6 feet 7 inches, four at feet ( inches, and two more at 6 feet, 4 inches. The rest all but one stand above six feet. Since , then, the child had been reared as a Moslem by a Malay woman who sought to re tain custody of her. The rioters sought to kidnap the child and retuTn her to the Malay foster mother and to the Moslem schoolteacher Maria Bertha mar ried last summer. An appeal by the two Malays against the custody order will be heard next March, but the court ruled til t the child, meanwhile, could be taken to Hol land.
