The new one will be a block north. When the new bridge Is finish ed, westbound traffic will be routed over the new bridge, and eastbound vehicles will use the old one. Wednesday the same radio sta tion received a phone calfrom a party identifying himself as a member of Supt. Samuel B. Fleming's staff.
