Oct. lJ-f.Pl The Senate Wednesday passed. 48 to 11. an administration bill authorizing $150,000,000 for eco nomic aid to the Republic of Ko rea. Approval came quickly after chairman Connally iD-Texi of the Foreign Relations committee urg ed it in the Interest of "economic and political stability" of the new republic and of the security of the U.S. Senators Knowland (R-Califi and Lodge Ml. Mass i also spoke briefly for the measure. The hill sets up a "little Mar shall Plan" for southern Korea as dlstinbulshed from the north ern part dominated by Russia.
