Oct. 12 UP) The CIO International Wood workers of America got down to convention business routine to day after hearing President James Fadling blast away at leaders of revolt in British Columbia. In opening the convention yes terday, Fadling accused leaders of Union's District Council No. X there of "betraying the organiza tion they helped to build." He was referring to Harold Prilchett, a'former IWA Interna tional president, and Ernie Dal skog, one time executive board member. They sought to bolt the Carent organization because of a '. S. immigration ban against some British Columbia delegates to the convention. Seventeen delegates from Brit tish Columbia registered along with more than 400 here from 45 states, Alaska and Canada. A un ion spokesman said 26 others had been refused entry at the U. S. Canadian border. Fadling said "we must have a Democratic organization, but we cannot have anarchy" in warning the Canadian revolt leaders they must answer for what they seek to do.
