Mrs. C. G. Stanton, president, presided at the business session and Mrs. Raymond Clark opened the meeting with a prayer. A letter from .Mrs. Anna Bradway, guest at the Northwestern Christ ian Home, formerly a member of the class, and a poem describing th- Home and written by the late Mrs. Minnie M. Preston were read to the members. Arrangements were made for the Bible School Train, which will begin It's run July 4. in an attempt to counteract the usual summer slump In attendance. Mrs. Llllie Farmer, Captain of the Blues, and Mrs. Ethel White, Captain of the Reds, have plan ned a passenger contest for the class. All members and visitors are urged to "get aboard" every Sunday. During ih program Mrs. Sny der presented prizes for a kitchen contest to Mrs. N'oyer, Mrs. White and Mrs. Clark. Mrs. Elizabeth Rose and Mrs. A. C. Thompson served delicious, refreshments to: Mrs. I'arslow, Mrs. Enlow and Mrs. Clark, guests, and the following mem bers: Mrs. Stanton, Mrs. Rhoads, Mrs. Taylor, Mrs. Wilson. Mrs. Ingels. Harpham returned to his home in Eugene Monday, following a stay in Roseburg since Friday with his brother, V. V. Harpham.
