The Easter motit was used for the decorations. Miss Pat Gray presenti-d two de lightful whistling solos, accom panied by Miss Georgene Shank lin. Mrs. J. P. Motschenoacher, state first vice president, paid her official visit to the club and gave a short talk on the coming state convention to be held in June. Decker, SK 2-c U. S. Navy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Decker, of Koseburg, at the First Christian Church. Rev. Kenneth Knox performed the Impressive ceremony at three-thirty o'clock in the afternoon in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends. Mrs. S. Clarence Trued plavcd softly on the organ while Wayne Safley lighted the candles and ac companied Mrs. Joseph Deets, who very charmingly sang, "Al ways." Mrs. Trued played the oriuHi tnorus irom ionengnn for the bridal party to advance to the altar and played Mendel ssohn's Wedding recessional at the close of the ceremony.. The bride, given In marriage bv her stoofather. Claude Palm. of Oakland, Calif., was very at tractive In a pale grev suit with pink blouse and matching pink flower hat and gloves. Her purse and shoe wore hlrifk. Hor cor sage was a large purple orchid. Miss Alice Findlay was maid of honor and wore a black dress maker suit with white accessories and a gardenia corsage. Jerry Bounds, U. S. Navy, was best man and Wayne Safley was usher. The bride's mother wore a grey suit with blue accessories and a corsage of white carnations. The bridegroom's mother wore a brown small-checked suit with dark brown accessories and a cor sage of yellow carnations. A reception followed at the home of the bridegroom's parents. The table, covered by a lace cloth, was centered with a tiered wedding cake, topped by a minia ture bridal couple, and encircled with flowering quince and spring flowers in shades of yellow. Tall white candles flanked the center piece. The cake was cut by the bride and served by Mrs. S. L. Hebard, of Eugene. Mrs. W. P. Fredrickson poured and Mrs. El ward Bounds had charge of the fuest book. Mrs. Wayne Safley, Irs. Max Safley, Miss Vera Fred rickson and Miss Dolly Fredrick son assisted about the rooms. Fol lowing the receotioh, the couple left for Eugene and following a honeymoon, went to Seattle to make their home at 1211 Fourth West. The bride was graduated front mgn scnool and business college in Oakland, California, after which she was emoloved In the office of Brenner's store In that city. The bridegroom has spent most of his life in Roseburg and was graduated from Senior High School in 1943. He enlisted in the Navy in July 1943 and served two years in the South Pacific theater of operations and is now station ed on the U. S. S. Provo Victory at Manchester, Washington. NEW IDEA CLUB 18 ENTERTAINED AT LUNCHEON WEDNESDAY Mrs. C. E. Marks graciously en tertained the New Idea Club at a delightful one o'clock luncheon Wednesday at her home. Colorful spring flowers were used for the decorations. Covers were placed for Mrs. Bedford Tester, a guest, and Mrs. W. D. Harris, Mrs. F. H. Applehoff, Mrs. Walter Edmonds, Mrs. E. T.
