It was reported that $10 had been given to the War Chest Fund and the members voted to give $10 to the Christmas Cheer fund for the Roseburg Veterans facility. Plans were outlined for a Thanksgiving dance and the com mittee in charge included Mrs. Henry Palmer, Mrs. James Bow ley and Mrs. M. M. Brown. FiOSEBURG GIRL IS NAMED ON DEAN'S LIST AT COLLEGE DENTON, Texas, Nov. 13 Miss Nancy Roberts of Roseburg, tonior student at North Texas State Teachers College, has been named on the Dean's list for the fall semester. The list contains the names of funiors and seniors who have at least a "B" average on work done during their last semester in school.
