Lieutenant Huysman and Ser geant McElroy of the Roseburg filter center were present and presented the film, "What About Air Raids,", which was greatly appreciated as were also the talks given by each of the men. Group singing under the direction of Prof. Brannock with Mrs. Hel en Saar at the piano was enter ed into enthusiastically. At the close of the program, coffee and cake were served in the lunch room. COMMUNITY SUPPER ENJOYED FRIDAY CANYONVILLE, February 12 The community supper held at the Rod & Gun club house was well attended Friday. These suppers are sKnsored by the Wo men's Society ' of Christian Service and a free offering is taken. The expense of the hall for the evening is taken out of the offering and what is left goes to help with the expenses of the church. The persons who were present Friday night were Mr. and Mrs. Odom Ford and There. Therese, Hill Watkins .Mrs. J. O. Gloss and grandson.
