Local dairies, he reports, have received complaints of late milk deliveries. Mrs. Russell Parr of West Roseburg Dies Mrs. Russell (Pearl lone) Parr, 51, died suddenly from a heart ailment last night at her home on Balff avenue, West Roseburg.
