Oregon, and all persons In terested in the real property here in described, ere hereby notified that Douglas County is a duly or ganized body politic and corporate under and by virtue of the Consti tution and Laws of the State of Oregon, the plaintiff above named, and you are hereby notified that the Tax Collector of Douglas Coun ty, Oregon, prepared a list of a!! real property In said Douglas Coun ty, Oregon, subject to foreclosure for delinquent taxes on June 15, 1939, and that said foreclosure list and the whole thereof was pre pared under and by virtue of the provisions jt Chapter 485, Oregon Laws 1939, and contains the names of the several persons appearing lu the latest tax rolls as the respec tive owners of the tax delinquent property, n description of each of said properties as the same appears In said latest tax rolls, the year or years for which taxes are delin quent on each property, together with the principal amount of the delinquent taxes for each year and the amount of accrued interest thereon to the 15th day of June, 1939. That said foreclosure list in cludes nil real property appearing on the tax rolls in the office of the Tax Collector of said county, on which taxes had been delinquent for more than three years from the earliest date of such delinquency and on which two or more annual installments of delinquent taxes, each installment being one-quarter of the taxes of the earliest year of delinquency, have not been paid, and thnt by reason of the expira tion of more than three years from the earliest date of delinquency and of the failure to pay such an nual installments, the liens of all such delinquent taxes against each of the several properties included in said foreclosure list have be come subject to foreclosure under the provisions of Chapter 4S5, Ore gon Laws 1939. nnd Chapter 5, Ore gon Laws" 1935 Special Session, as amended by Chapter 9G, Oregon Laws 1937; that a description of the property Included in snid fore closure list, the nnmes of the sev eral persons or parties appearing In the latest tax rolls as the respec tive owners of the delinquent prop erty ns samo appears on the latest tax rolls, the year or years for which said taxes are delinquent on each property, together with the principal amount of delinquent taxes for each year and the amount of accrued Interest thereon to the 15th day of June. 1939, nnd which said foreclosure list is as follows, to-wlt?
