the Tax Collector of Douglas Coun
ty, Oregon, prepared a list of a!!

ty, Oregon, subject to foreclosure
for delinquent taxes on June 15,
1939, and that said foreclosure list
and the whole thereof was pre
pared under and by virtue of the
