Mr. Robertson., has charge of the company's' business at Empire, where an old Coos counly city, has been rebuilt. Mr. Robertson wns accompanied by George 11, Wes son of Coos Buy. Hotel Man Visits Mr. and Mrs. F. Pimentel of Santa Maria, Calif., visited here last night, accompanied by Flora Revels and L. Thompson of the southern city. They are return ing from a motor trip in Oregon,. Mr. Pimentel is assistant manager of Santa Maria Inn. The party were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Harding. Buys Property The Myrtle Creek Grange has purchased the property of the Presbyterian church in that city, which consists of a fftie building and two lots centrally located. The Presbytery was represented by Rev. C. C. Hulet of Albany in the transfer of the property. Rev. Hu let returned to Albany yesterday after visiting friends in Roseburg. Ex-Resident Visits Charles McElhinny Is In Rose burg for two or three dnys. Mr. McElhinny, a former Roseburg resi dent, Is now located in Salem. He has just returned from a trip to Nebraska to recover his autonio bile, which was stolen from him in Salem several weeks ago. "You have to see the other sections of this country of ours to really ap preciate the-Pacific coast and par ticularly the TTmpqua Valley," Mr. McElhinny said, commenting upon his trip to the middle west.
