Miller. The school teacher charges that Miller, after inviting her lo ride in his automobile on December, 2:t, 1928, turned a corner recklessly. The door of the car, she charges, fell open and n;ie was hurled to Hie street, suffering serious in juries. Miss .lull mil also charges that Miller did not stop to assist her.
