GOOD PROGRESS BEING MADE ON MEDICAL BUILDING The work of pouring the con crete floors on tho new Medical Arts building Is now In progress. Practically all of the work, except tho flntil finish, has been done on the roof, and tho Interior finishing will he started very soon. After detailed eulogies on the prlnce'B conduct with regard to the distressed miners, Cook declared the British heir was "the chief ad vocate of social reform in the country," adding that a "year ago this statement would have met with hooting and indignation at any la bor meeting but now would receive cheers." They are taking a brief wedding trip and will then make their home in Olympia. CLYDE MOORE GETS TERM OF 2 YEARS (Anociited Prc Lened Wire) GRANTS PASS, Ore., April 21. Clyde Moore, VI, was yesterday sentenced to serve two years in state prison for killing his uncle, Raymond Moore, in an argument over payment for work. Raymond Moore was shot at Radio park, near here, last January 2. Clyde was convicted last week of invol untary manslaughter. Kntica of appeal was filed by Moore's attorney after a motion for retrial was denied.
