The right of the Federal Power com mission and the Secretary of Agri culture' to control the waters of the Klamath river in the -Klamath National Forest Reserve was at tacked in the supreme court yes- iterday by .members of the (Karok, or Pehtsick tribe of Indians. It was asserted the government was proposing to deprice them of their rights to lands within the reserve. Counsel .tor the Indians said the government was proposing Lo per mit the lOlectro Metal company of San Francisco to divert and use the waters within the reservation. The government has contended that whatever rights the Indians may nave bad to lands were lost when they failed to assert them be fore a commission which congress' had appointed in 1851. Tins beer will be sold to no one unless they appear to be ill, and tnen only one giass to a customer unless tney appear to bo very ill, wnen tney may Have two, and in extreme cases pernaps tnree glasses will be sold. In very ex treme cases, such us love siuuness, it is planned to administer enough of this beer to eiieci a complete cure. It is hoped, however, that but few of these cases will appear ' as only a limited amount of the beer couul be obtained. The committee asks that no one come to the entertainment with cans or buckets as they will have no hope of billing them from the kegs. Those days are gone for ever, the committee believes, and besides they want a little left so they can have a drink themselves, as they expect to be quite ill af ter the entertainment is over and the committee is quite large. This is but one of the many features the committee has in store for the public. Forty dollars worth of high grade candy will be given away, as will auother $10 worth of kewpies, dogs and para sols. Also there will be hot dogs, ice cream, cigars and cigarettes and all kinds of things for which to .spend the pumpkin seeds you receive as you pay your admission. i This is all in addition to the one- hour free show.
