The new primate, who now la the Most Rer. Gardner Murray, succeeds the present presiding bishop. The Mot Rev. Ethelbert Talbor, Bishop of Bethlehem, and will direct the executive and ad ministrative decision of the church as well aa occupying the orrlce of primate, which takes the place of the presiding hishop.
