The others are Mar vin Smith, shortstop, and Tom Glass, right handed pitcher. Com missioner I-andis ruled early this year that as Bagwell had been drafted by Philadelphia, he mu either be retained by the Ath letics a year or be returned to the team from which he was drafted.
