The trouble which led up to the stabbing affray In which Glbbbs was killed, was told to the Judge several weeks ago by Mr. Huntley, who came to Judge Qulne with a request for advice regarding property inter ests. At that time Huntley and his wife were engaged in domestic troubles for which tbe former Dlllard man blamed his brother- in-law.
