U Miller, alias Williams, a drug addict, waa arrested Saturday by Deputy Sheriff E. E. Leas, and Deputy U. 8. Marshall Wells, and was taken to Portland to answer to a federal warrant charging him with forgery. Miller has aerved two terms at McNeils, and la a well known character In Portland.
