Newman was found guilty In the circuit court two years ago, of be ing the futher of the child of Ruth Wilkinson, and was ordered by the Court to pay the sum ot 115 per month for its support Mrs. Wilkinson, the mother of Ruth, has filed a statement with the court to the effect that New man has failed to pay the amounts required by the court order, sud cites delinquencies amounting to 3utt. Newman has deeded all uf his property to his wife, and there la nothing upon which execution can be made, according to Mrs. Wilkinson.
