to appear before Judge Ilainiltou
on Tuesday, March 114, to show
cause why be should not be com-
nutted to the county jail for failure
to pay the Judgment entered
against bliu In the circuit court.
Newman was found guilty In the
circuit court two years ago, of be
ing the futher of the child of Ruth
Wilkinson, and was ordered by the
Court to pay the sum ot 115 per
month for its support
Mrs. Wilkinson, the mother of
Ruth, has filed a statement with
the court to the effect that New
man has failed to pay the amounts
required by the court order, sud
cites delinquencies amounting to
3utt. Newman has deeded all uf
his property to his wife, and there
la nothing upon which execution
can be made, according to Mrs.
Wilkinson.
Judge Hamilton ordered New
man to appear on March 24th and
state any be should not be sent to
jail until the judgment is paid.
