There will be four meetings in this aeriea, the schools being held about one month apart. Fur the first meeting each wo man will bnns one dish of food such a salad, baked beans, sand wiches, fruit or milk and these are put together and lunch Is eat en In cafeteria fashion. Each wo man bringing her own plato, fork, knife, Hpoun and cup which are wahhed at home after the meeting. 'Jhe nutrition work is given on the Fowls for Health basis, feed ing the family for the greatest pos sible health, efficiency and happi ness. There will be food demou nt rat tons In the mornings ut all but the first meeting and other kinds of practical demonstrations. Miss Lucy A. Case, assistant in nutrition, from the Oregon Agri-1 cultural College, will have charge! of these schools, and comes to us j highly recommended. Miss Case will give talks In the afternoons on subjects which wfl include, what we eat mid what happens to it, the feeding of children of various ages, cooking to preserve food value, how to eat and grow thin, how to eat and grow fat, sick -room tias and conveniences and many otlor subjects uf vital impoiiance to the home.
