Hill, and Jesse F. Kittson, charged with riot in connec tion with the alleged Kidnapping and hanging of J. K. Hale, on March 17. 19:-:;. returned a verdict of not guilty Saturday evening, at 5 o'clock, after 40 minutea' deliberation. The story of the affair for which Norria and Coodle and a numrur of John Doe'i were Indicted hy the tpe clal grand Jury laat August. U as follows: " Johnson, the star wlinens for the state, and Tatil York, both residents of Jacksonville, claim they were asked by the defendants, Norrls and doodle, to accompany them to Arh land.
