Sheriff Stunner first received tele phone tall from Salem to the effect that a man reporting to be a former resident of Roseburg had brought in i man whom he said was Dennis Kussell. Upon investigation it was round that the "suspect" measured 6 feet 9 inches in height, had red hair and was named Johnson. ' o Car Turns Turtle On Roberts Mt. The Chalmers car which turned turtle on Roberts Mountain yester day was the property of Mr. nnd Vrs. Donaldson, and two children, who reside In California, and who were enroute to Roseburg to visit for a few days with their cousin Rus sell Harness of this city. They also expected to visit Portland and other northern points. Tho Donaldsons mistook the highway signs nt Myrtle Creek, with tho result thnt they took the old road out, comln over Roberts Mountain, the car meeting with the accident on this side. Mr. Donaldson, who was driving the car. Is unable to explain exactly how the accident happened. None of the family were Injured although all were pinned under the overturned car.
