On the basis of the evidence sub mitted we have prepared papers ready to turn over our client's estate to Kblridge, the real husband, but prior to making the transfer, under direction of the court, we should like to inform Unbelt Carleton of the facts and the law, so that he may lake such steps ns he desires to pro tect his Interests.
