her estate, under the trust deed.

band of the dead woman. The docu
ments also showed that our client,
Itobert Cnrleton, was then-fore never
the b gal husband of the dead wom
an. On the basis of the evidence sub
mitted we have prepared papers
ready to turn over our client's estate
to Kblridge, the real husband, but
prior to making the transfer, under
direction of the court, we should like
to inform Unbelt Carleton of the
facts and the law, so that he may
lake such steps ns he desires to pro
tect his Interests.

Mr. llalsey ignored the invitation

to Ken, while Grace, by a bit of
