Goddard, the famous opera singer.

Vale Springs, Tenn., where their re

the summer vacation.

dard's visit here, in recalling the
days spent at the summer resort, so

old home In Tennessee wifs at Mary
ville, a short distance from Knox

Miss Stuart was also well acquainted
with Mr. Goddard's parents and they
had many memories to exchange.
This Is the first time they have met
since he went abroad to study for
his career.
