A dispute over the price of a meal resulted in a list fight near the depot on Cass street, this morning, the principals being a passenger on (be southbound Flyer and "Curly" Evans, a waiter at Stein's restaurant. The amount of money Involved In the af fair was Just five routs, the same sum that caused A. Peterson, a local foot wear dealer, to face a revolver In his store last week. The passenger, af ter reading a printed bill of fare, thought Evans was charging him five cents too much for his meal and he refused to pay the extra nickel and started back to the train.- Evans headed him oft ill the street and the men went at It In warm style. After being separated by bystanders, the passenger, after listening to an ex planation by Stein, paid the extra nickel.
