Wrinkles fall just below the collar behind. It takes expert, master trained tailors to handle 'vl such work, simple as it seems. STEIN-BLOCH made our twQ-piece, hot-weather suits. They are feather-weight, of tropical fabrics; some are silk lined just under the arms, some down the sides. They fit smoothly, 'stylishly aud comfortably. I. ABRAHAM, Jackson Street, N. The business will bo continued at the present address, corner Douglas and Kane streets, by Pllklllgton Bros. djia Details of the new street lighting system, mentioned lu tbese columns several days ago, have been worked out by Booster Colt, of the Commer cial Club, and will be presented to the city council tonight. The plans provide for 68 of the ornamental lamp posts mentioned, each sur mounted by Ave opalescent light globes. This will provide for a row of these lights on each side of the street from the Hotel McClallen to the Elks' Temple, and on Cass and Sheridan streets from the I. O. O. F. building to the Roseburg Hotel. This will provide for of these ornamental iron posts on each Bide ot the street on each long block, and three on each sido of the street on each short block as on Cass street. The entire cost for Installing this system, In cluding the necessary conduits, wir ing, globes, etc., will be $40 for each ornamental post. ThlB wll also pay for the Installation, all ready for turning on the electric current. The arc lights on these streets can then be dispensed with and the cost to the olty will probably be less than at present and the city will be better and fnr more handsomely lighted. The property owners will bo asked to pay the first cost of putting In these ornamcntnl posts and a number have already signified their willingness to Install one each In front of their premises. A very attractive proposition for a city park will also be presented to tho city council tonight, along the lines mentioned lust week In these columns. Not a quorum being present, no meeting of the Commercial Club trustees was held Saturday night. Colds that hang on weaken the constitution and develop Into con sumption.
