Mr. Lewis has fitted up a very neat place, and the service Is equally as attractive. The restaurant will be on the short-order plan and will be open day and night. A specialty will be made of hot tam ales, home-made, and later on oysters and clams will be added to the reg ular bill-of-fare, which, at present, includes steaks and chops served in the most appetizing manner.
