In his argu ment before (he court, Mr. Coshow contended that the Sunday closing statute Is unconstitutional in that it is class legislation, discriminating against persons engaged in the same lino of business. Mr. Coshow also attacked the wording of the chnrge The demurrer to be filed by Cardwell & Watson will be practically nlonp the same lines.
