Bruneiu, of Portland, representing the Oregon Anti-Saloon League, argued an application for dissolution of the injunction issued by Judge Hamilton, restraining the County Court of Coob County from Issuing an order of pro hibition. Judge Hamilton has taken the. applioation under advisement. The Injunction is only a temporary one, Judge Hamilton having i&suid it dr.ring a vacation term of the circuit court at Corvalils last January. The case was to have bee a tried on its merits at the regular term of the Coos County Circuit Court, which convenes atCoquillo on tbe last Monday of this month. Judge Hamilton Issued the injunction on the ground that -the election in Coos County was Irregular as regards tho manner In wbk-h the loal option ques tion was placed before tho voters. The apparent object of the Anti-Saloon people is to obtain a definite decision on tbe case as eirly as possible so, if necessary, they can put the local option question before the Coos County , voters again next June.
