V. Beeler, of Ashland, both well known residents of Jackson county were arrested at Ashland yesterday by Sheriff Ralph JonningB charged with selling Intoxi cating liquors. District Attorney Roberts would - make no comment upon the arrest other than that the men would have a jury trial today before Judge Taylor at 2 p. m:, and both had been released on their own rccognzance.
