Ashland yesterday by Sheriff Ralph
JonningB charged with selling Intoxi
cating liquors. The arrest caused

men are well known, have hosts of
friends and are very popular. District
Attorney Roberts would - make no
comment upon the arrest other than
that the men would have a jury trial
today before Judge Taylor at 2 p. m:,
and both had been released on their
