i LOCAL KKWS. Mrs. Harry Wellington, of Port land, arrived In Roseburg this morn ing to spend a few days visiting with friends and relatives. You can buy good grades of house- lining from B. W. Barry, special agent of the Oregon Merchants Mutual Insurance Company, spent the day In Roseburg looking after business Interests. The largest stock of wall paper In Koseburg Is carried by B. W. Strong, the furniture man. That means a Lnuniber of designs as well as quanti ty, d Dr. E. B. Stewart, who has been spending the past three weeks at points in California returned here this morning. All plans shall be returned to Arch itect or School Board, on or before date of letting, or bids will not be considered. Blank forms of proposals are at tached to specifications and must be followed by contractors bidding on this work, and the proposal must be addressed to George Neuner, Jr, Secretary of School Board, District No. 4, Roseburg, Oregon, and plain ly marked "Proposal for School Building." and must be accompanied by a certified check in an amount equal to flvo (5) per cent of the bid, and made payable to George Neuner, Jr., Secretary of School Hoard.
